Victim protection: Weißer Ring calls for ankle cuffs for violent offenders

Almost every third day, a woman in Germany is killed by her partner or ex-partner - and many more women are victims of psychological violence. Now the victim protection organization Weißer Ring is calling for ankle bracelets for perpetrators of violence.
