Unfortunately, these celebrities won't be in the "Let's Dance" finale.
The excitement is building: The final of "Dancing Star 2024" is approaching and three celebrities will compete for the title in the "Let's Dance" grand finale. At the end of the 17th season, all the eliminated stars were expected to return, but not everyone could make it.
This year's "Let's Dance" finale will be held in Cologne on Friday night, starting at 8:15 p.m. on RTL and RTL Plus. As per tradition, all the stars and dance duos from the season will be present. However, the number of celebrities who have already been eliminated is decreasing.
Influencer Sophia Thiel is the latest contestant who won't be able to attend the final. She informed her fans via Instagram, saying, "Hey everyone, I'm feeling quite unwell... so I won't be at the 'Let's Dance' finale tonight." She plans to update them when she's feeling better.
Thiel danced with professional partner Alexandru Ionel this season. Following a string of successful performances, they decided to part ways six weeks ago. Known primarily for her fitness videos, Thiel had a positive experience with "Let's Dance." She said, "I wish I could continue dancing with Alex, but gratitude outweighs the sadness. I've learned so much from this experience."
Schulz, an investor from "Höhle der Löwen", and actor Mark Keller have also withdrawn from the final due to injury.
Consequently, the top three celebrities vying for the coveted disco ball trophy are Detlef Soost with Ekaterina "Ekat" Leonova, Gabriel Kelly and Malika Dzumaev, and sports presenter Jana Wosnitza with her partner Vadim Garbuzov. The final will undoubtedly be an exciting battle!
