Musical artist rephrased: Grammy-winning vocalist - Today, Camila Cabello feels more tranquil regarding dismissal.

Pop singer Camila Cabello now handles rejection better than before. In an interview with American magazine "Billboard", the 27-year-old, who rose to fame as part of former girl group Fifth Harmony a dozen years ago, recalls how she used to take negative reactions from people to heart.

"When you're young, all you want is love and acceptance and you can't comprehend why you're disliked," Cabello said. "I felt like something was wrong with me when people didn't like me." The singer behind "Havana" added, "But as you get older, you understand that other people's reactions don't have to be personal and they don't need to affect you."

Cabello is at peace with herself now and will release her new album "C,XOXO" on June 28th.
