Victor Bring's latest release on Prime Video - The comedy show starring Moritz Bleibtreu is the main topic.

On May 30th, Amazon's streaming service Prime Video is unveiling the fresh German comedy series, "Viktor Brings It." Moritz Bleibtreu (52), who you may recognize from movies like "Run Lola Run" and "Lammbock," is the star of this show. All eight episodes of the amusing new program will become available on Prime Video at once.

The premise of "Viktor Brings It"

Viktor Kudinski (Bleibtreu) is a service technician based out of Berlin. He travels through the city in his unmistakable blue delivery van, bringing individuals the latest tech devices. These could include smart TVs, coffee machines, projectors, or sound systems. Once he arrives at his clients' homes, he installs the sometimes challenging technology on-site.

However, since Viktor doesn't have a driver's license, his estranged son Mika (Enzo Brumm, 28), a philosophy student from a previous marriage, is now lending a helping hand in the company. His daughter, Mika, isn't technically skilled whatsoever, much to his father's frustration.

The cast and crew of "Viktor Brings It"

A myriad of German acting greats are part of "Viktor Brings It" alongside Moritz Bleibtreu and Enzo Brumm. Heino Ferch (60), Caroline Peters (52), David Kross (33), well-known for his role in "Biohackers," Caro Cult (29), Jacob Matschenz ("Babylon Berlin," 40), Bella Dayne ("Girl You Know It's True," 36), and Daniel Zillmann ("The Kangaroo Chronicles," 43) are just a few of the stars who take on supporting roles. They depict the various customers who receive electronic devices from Viktor and Mika.

For the show's creation, series creator and head writer Marcus Pfeiffer (43) is in charge of "Viktor Brings It." Ed Herzog (58), a comedy director extraordinaire, directs each of the eight episodes. Herzog is well-known for helming the popular "Eberhofer" crime series, starring Police Chief Franz Eberhofer from Niederkaltenkirchen. He has directed every installment of the highly successful series since the 2013 release of "Dampfnudelblues."

Expectations for "Viktor Brings It"

In the German comedy series "Viktor Brings It," Moritz Bleibtreu continues his partnership with Prime Video. The program features eight episodes, each lasting roughly 22 minutes, bursting with comedy. Each installment boasts one or more high-profile guest stars.

So, in each episode, service technicians Viktor and his sarcastic son Mika find themselves in another house, encountering different fates and personalities. For instance, Heino Ferch is a retired general who still tries to maintain a commanding tone, despite his son's disapproval.

Caroline Peters, from "Murder with a View," portrays a successful scientist with limited social skills. The interactions, spanning the length of an episode, make "Viktor Brings It" an enthralling and often familiar experience compared to the acclaimed precursor "The Crime Scene Cleaner" with Bjarne Mädel (56).

But what makes "Viktor Brings It" truly special is the outstanding partnership between Bleibtreu's charming and devoted Viktor and Brumm's opinionated Mika. Their relationship evolves as they navigate the intricacies of their working relationship and the diverse characters they encounter throughout the first season of this new German comedy series.
