Nicki Minaj Arrested in Netherlands Over Possession of Soft Drugs, as Reported by Police
A video surfaced online from Nicki Minaj's Instagram Live that shows her interacting with the police at the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. In the footage, the rapper discusses "pre-rolls" that were found, leading to her being taken out of her car and escorted into a police van. Confused, she inquires why she needs to enter the vehicle, only to be informed she's under arrest for possessing drugs. Minaj denies having any illegal substances on her person and demands to know the address of the police station. She also requests the presence of her lawyer. As she continues filming, the police ask her to stop.

Minaj is in the middle of her Pink Friday 2 Tour, which is promoting her latest album release this year. She visited Manchester, UK earlier that day and had performed in Amsterdam the night before.
