Kate continues to avoid the spotlight.
Princess Kate refuses to make public appearances after announcing her cancer diagnosis. She will not be present at the Trooping the Colour parade for King Charles on June 15. City sources suggest that she's improving, but her condition remains unknown.
King Charles III. will take part in the Trooping the Colour parade on June 15, as per palace announcements. He will not ride his soldiers on horseback due to his cancer treatment and will sit in a carriage with Queen Camilla instead.
No public reappearance is expected from the cancer-stricken Princess Kate in the near future. The Colonel's Review, which is scheduled a week prior to the parade, will reportedly be handled by Lieutenant General James Bucknall. Despite being "Colonel in Chief of the Irish Guards," Kate is not expected to take part in this task.
In February, it was reported that the King was suffering from a type of cancer, and he began outpatient therapy. Despite this, the King partially returned to public life in April, demonstrating better health.
Likewise, Princess Kate revealed her cancer diagnosis in March and started chemotherapy. The type of cancer she has remains undisclosed. The queen has completely stepped back from her royal duties and there's no certainty when she will return. Unlike the King, details of her treatment remain anonymous.
However, an unidentified source claimed that Kate's condition has significantly improved, and it's a relief that she's tolerating the medication well. She's currently following her prescribed therapy.
Meanwhile, Prince William, the heir to the throne, has stayed away from the public for some time to support his family. But he's recently started making a few appearances. Due to the upcoming July 4 parliamentary election, many royal events have been postponed.
