Following reports of marital strife. - Jennifer Lopez halts her entire tour.

Jennifer Lopez, age 54, announced the cancellation of her upcoming North America tour, "This Is Me... Live." Initially slated to run from June 26 to August 17, the shows were set to take place across the United States and Canada.

Rumors claim that the reason for the cancellation is Jennifer Lopez's desire to spend more time with her family. Lopez herself confirmed this in a personal statement, as shared in her "On The JLo" newsletter, where she stated that she's "distressed" about the decision. The singer shared her feelings by saying, "I am deeply saddened and devastated because I left you behind,". She gave another assurance to her fans, "I wouldn't do this if it weren't absolutely necessary. I will make it up to you."

Live Nation, the tour organizer, confirmed the cancellation in an official statement: "Jennifer is taking a break to be with her children, her family, and her close friends."

The last couple of weeks have been awash with rumors about a marital crisis between Lopez and her husband, Ben Affleck, 51. This comes after Lopez was photographed alone at the Met Gala while Affleck was absent. Furthermore, Affleck is believed not to be staying in the couple's Beverly Hills mansion. Some sources have connected the reported separation to Ben's busy filming schedule, but there is no confirmation whether this is the true cause either. Neither Lopez nor Affleck has publicly commented on the existing gossip.
