On June 14th, the European Football Championship begins in Germany. During the matches, you'll hear fans cheering with chants such as "Oh, how beautiful!", "Give it another try!", or "Come on, Germany scores a goal" once again. DFB players Ilkay Gündoğan and Antonio Rüdiger are preparing fans for these popular chants. In a comical video shared on various social media platforms, the two footballers attempt to teach themselves as singing teachers for a surprise. And the recipients of their lessons are none other than Hollywood actors Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.

"We respect you gentlemen. Here's some proof," says Gündoğan at the start of the video. Rüdiger then hums "Bad Boys" by the reggae band Inner Circle as a nod to the new film "Bad Boys: Ride or Die," which premiered in Berlin in early June and will be released in German theaters on June 5th. To show their support, Gündoğan and Rüdiger delight in singing some of Germany's most well-known fan chants for Smith and Lawrence. The pair eagerly join in, their bodies fully invested and American accents shining brightly. Smith is even confident: "We outdid them."

While the title "Auf geht's, Deutschland schießt ein Tor" may not make much sense, the quartet clearly had a blast, and many TikTok and Instagram users are celebrating this funny moment. This isn't even the first football promotional video for the fourth installment of the action comedy "Bad Boys." Just a few days ago, Will Smith posted a clip on his Instagram account featuring soccer star Lionel Messi.

At the end of the video, Smith and Lawrence wish the German national team good luck in the tournament. The tournament's opening game against Scotland is on June 14th in Munich. Smith and Lawrence would surely be welcome guests if they join in with gusto, singing, "Auf geht's, Deutschland schießt ein Tor!"
