Shop mogul Philipp Plein (46) ponders the chaos in his mixed-up family life. Soon, his fourth child will make its entrance in the world. His girlfriend Andreea Sasu (29) is the mother to be. However, in October 2023, he was still with Lucia Bartoli (25) and welcomed his second child with her in the same month. "I was quite the playboy. I can't deny it," Plein confessed in an interview with RTL.
"When I was younger, I had a good time with different women," he shared. Plein believes it crucial to seize the moment and experience life to the fullest. "It's essential to revel in life before you're married or ready to settle down," he clarified.
Regrets over Lucia Bartoli
Philipp Plein has certainly embraced life during his days - and possibly bruised feelings of his ex Lucia Bartoli. "When Lucia and I called it quits, we both made the decision to move on. Maybe she didn't anticipate having another baby so quickly after we broke up," he mused.
This "really impacted" Bartoli, who became a mother of two. "And I've got to say, I can understand," Plein admitted. Even though he knew he didn't want to wait long to have a baby with his new partner, the surprise pregnancy was a shock to him as well.
Four sons by three ladies
Plein announced his breakup from Lucia Bartoli in an Instagram post in March. He revealed they had actually split up in October, just a few weeks after the birth of their second son. The split came with both of them in agreement. Following that, Philipp Plein's management confirmed that he was now engaged, and Sasu already carried his child.
This child, a son, will be Plein's fourth kid. He created his first baby with Bartoli in May 2022, a boy named Rocket Halo Ocean. A second son, Rouge Sky Galaxy, arrived in October 2023. His previous relationship produced a son, Romeo, who is now ten years old.
