Camila and Matthew McConaughey's clothing-free advertising.
Award-winning Hollywood actor Matthew McConaughey and his wife, model Camila Alves, continue their playful advertising antics for their recently launched tequila brand, Pantalones. Known for their humorous "no pants" policy, the couple recently showcased their latest activity in advertisements - a game of croquet, sans trousers.
The bride-and-groom pair have been promoting their tequila, named after the Spanish word for pants, with humor. In a recent photo shared on both their Instagram accounts, they're seen looking serious in a sunlit backyard, playing a round of croquet while wearing semi-formal attire on top but not a stitch down below. However, the risqué parts of the picture arepixelated.
McConaughey and Alves: Pickleball, No Pants
Among their other tongue-in-cheek ads, the couple took part in a pickleball match back in May, without a hint of traditional athletic wear. As they swung their racquets, their uncensored lower halves were pixelated, adding to the lighthearted feel of the campaign.
"We're proud of our tequila, not our pants," the couple said in a statement to People magazine. "With the rising status of tequila, some snobbery has established itself in the realm. People now discuss it as they would wine," they continued. "While we're all for tequila being a passion, we wanted to remind people that it's primarily a source of enjoyment."
The fun-loving couple have been together since 2007 and tied the knot in 2012, becoming parents to three kids: a son born in 2008, a daughter in 2010, and another son in 2012.

The McConaugheys' tequila brand, Pantalones, also incorporated entertainment into their advertising strategies. During an event in Hollywood, they hosted a pickleball tournament, participating in matches while sticking to their "no pants" policy, much to the amusement of the attendees.
In light of their successful advertising strategies, McConaughey and Alves also considered venturing into the world of entertainment. Rumors swirled about them starring in a comedy film, potentially utilizing their humorous advertising style and infamous "no pants" policy.
