Kourtney Kardashian's Newsworthy Mention - Artificial insemination wasn't successful.
A few days ago, Kourtney Kardashian (45) expressed how much she cherishes her relationship with drummer from Blink-182, Travis Barker (48). Her journey to motherhood for the fourth time wasn't a walk in the park, though. On Instagram, she reminisced about her experiences with artificial insemination and gave advice to a fan who's desperate to conceive.
"I gave up after a year, let my body relax, and put my faith in God's plan for me," Kardashian-Barker wrote on Monday in her Instagram Story. In total, she had five unsuccessful attempts and three miscarriages before her successful pregnancy. She explained that it required lots of prayers for "what was meant to be." She also focused on her well-being. "I know it's tough to feel like you're not trying, but trusting in God's plan and the power of prayer is incredible. It'll lead to positive outcomes!"

Later, she made it clear in her Instagram story that she had become pregnant naturally. "I want to clarify since my answer might've been confusing," she wrote later. "I conceived naturally, not through IVF ... a year after I gave up. Through the divine intervention of God on Valentine's Day."
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker welcomed their first child together, a son named Rocky Thirteen, on November 1, 2023. In the 4th season of "The Kardashians," Kardashian had mentioned that a natural conception eventually occurred after the challenging process through artificial insemination. "People would often tell us: 'If you stop trying, it'll just happen.'"
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker started dating at the beginning of 2021. They officially tied the knot in May. In June, Kardashian revealed that they were expecting their first child together. Kourtney Kardashian has three children from her previous relationship with Scott Disick (40): Mason (14), Penelope (11), and Reign (9). From his first marriage to Shanna Moakler (48), Barker has a daughter, Alabama (18), and a son, Landon (20).
