Sammy and Emilio Share Mental Health Battles
The punk rocker Sammy is just a tad lower now. Both Emilio and Sammy talk about struggling with crippling panic attacks and "seasonal affective disorder." Just then, Sammy imagines himself in a Johnny Cash shirt and desires putting on cowboy boots. Emilio can't contain his excitement, yelling, "I want to wear cowboy boots now!"
Not so fast, Eko Fresh retorts. This dynamic rapper with a friendly, dad-like personality takes "Bisschen Allein" (A Little Alone) and adds a heartwarming reminder about the value of family. The song resonates with Emilio, and he can't hold back the tears. Eko Fresh is honored as the Protea recipient for the "Song of the Evening," and Emilio's talent for singing, dancing, acting, and making the right call at the end of an intense night never ceases to amaze. What a star!
