After a decade-long relationship, Nina Bott ties the knot.
Presenter and actress Nina Bott recently tied the knot with her partner, Benjamin Baarz. She shared a glimpse of their wedding celebrations on Instagram.
Nina Bott and her beau Benjamin Baarz became husband and wife. The TV personality announced their nuptials on her Instagram account, with an image that showcased a joyful wedding day. In her post, she mentioned how her husband was still asleep, and she needed to recuperate before going about her day. To make it clear that they were indeed married, Bott added a ring, a heart emoji, and hashtags like #justmarried, #love, and #mrandmrs (meaning newly wedded husband and wife) in her caption.
Bott also shared a picture on her Instagram, showing her relaxing on a bed, with her feet in a champagne cooler. She wore designer heels in the photo. As her husband was reportedly still sleeping at the time the photo was taken, Bott was taking a moment to enjoy a cool beverage.
During the celebrations, it appeared that some of her colleagues from the popular German TV show GZSZ, such as presenter Nova Meierhenrich and actress Rhea Harder-Vennewald, also attended. Nova Meierhenrich hinted on Instagram that it was a beach wedding, while sharing pictures from a photo booth at the event.
The couple has been together for more than a decade and shares three children. While they have one child each from prior relationships, Bott's older son joined their family when they became a couple. Just over a year ago, it was revealed they got engaged after many years of being together. According to an interview with Bunte magazine, Benjamin proposed at that time. When asked about receiving a proposal, Bott responded that she "would never have asked him." She concluded that it was a nice gesture for the man to make, and she had earlier felt that she didn't need a wedding.
