Verona Pooth (56) stole the show at the Bertelsmann Party in Berlin last Thursday. She wore a standout dress from Philipp Plein - a floor-length, long-sleeved, tailored dress in canary yellow and silver featuring a deep neckline and a high slit. To complete her look, she paired the outfit with black ribbon pumps and a small black clutch.
Before the event, Verona mentioned that her husband Franjo Pooth (54) couldn't attend, but she was excited to have her older son Diego Pooth (20) as her date. Diego looked sharp in a sleek black suit, a white shirt, and brown shoes. The two posed happily for the cameras.
Diego made his runway debut in February
Diego Pooth had a breakthrough moment in February 2024 when he made his runway debut during Milan Fashion Week for German designer Philipp Plein (46). The Cologne-native strutted down the runway for the first time, bragging about the experience on Instagram: "Wow, what a wild weekend!" Diego wore a dark blue suit with blue sunglasses for the occasion. But it was not his outfit that caught everyone's attention - he had recently changed his hair color from dark brown to blonde, but has since returned it to its original color.
Diego Pooth is the son of entertainer Verona and businessman Franjo Pooth. The couple have been together since 2000 and celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in May. Their first child, San Diego, was born in 2003, and their second son, Rocco Ernesto, arrived in 2011.
