Xander Schauffele Completes Major Victory Through Steady Play at PGA Championship

The third-ranked Schauffele faced a nail-biting finish at the Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky, but remained composed to score a birdie and emerge victorious with a 21-under par score overall.

His final round score of six-under 65 proved sufficient to secure his first major championship, erasing the disappointing tag of being a highly-skilled golfer who had never claimed one of golf's prestigious four events.
