European Championship round of sixteen - Who broadcasts which game?

The Group stage of the Football European Championship is history now and the Quarterfinal matches have been definitively set since late on Wednesday evening. It all starts already on Saturday, June 29, at 6pm CET with the match between Switzerland and the title defender Italy at the Berlin Olympic Stadium. Germany's national team will face Denmark in Dortmund at 9pm CET on the same day. Until Tuesday, July 2, there will be two more games each day. But which broadcaster is airing which game? Are all matches shown in free-TV or are there specific matches only on MagentaTV? Here's an overview:

Thus, the public broadcasters divide a total of eight games among themselves: three on First, three on ZDF. One game is shown exclusively by the Telekom streaming service MagentaTV, which acquired all EM rights in advance. The first quarterfinal on Saturday is transmitted by MagentaTV in cooperation with RTL in the free-TV of Cologne.

By the way: All quarterfinal matches of the Football EM in Germany take place on the coming Friday and Saturday. If Germany wins against Denmark, the DFB team will face the winner of the Spain vs. Georgia match on Friday, July 5, at 6pm CET in Stuttgart. This game would likely be broadcast on First, as the ARD has priority in the quarterfinals. For the semifinal, ZDF would then have to choose a game: Germany would play on Tuesday, July 9, at 9pm CET in Munich. The final on July 14 at the Berlin Olympic Stadium would be broadcast on First again.
