Unyielding Surrenders of Belligerent Personalities

On the fourteen-day mark at the jungle encampment, two noteworthy departures take place. Georgina Fleur demonstrates a level of courage beyond what is commonly anticipated.

Following the unexpected dismissed of Alpha-Tier Thorsten Legat (55) in the last episode, the atmosphere in the camp has drastically changed. Some believe this to be a poor joke and spend their time searching for him, in disbelief. On the 14th day of "I'm a Celebrity - Showdown of the Jungle Legends" (streamable on RTL+, then on linear TV on RTL the following day), more heads start to fall unexpectedly.

In an interview with RTL, the former football star, Legat, expressed his disappointment but graciously accepted his elimination, acknowledging that the others had strategically eliminated him as their strongest opponent.

Darwinism: Survival of the Fittest

Meanwhile, Georgina Fleur (34) notices that Thorsten's close allies seem to be celebrating his departure rather than grieving it. She sees their calculation of better chances for themselves to win the jungle crown. And indeed, Swiss reality star Elena Miras (32) cheerfully exclaims in the jungle phone, "My biggest opponent is out. I can win even better now!"

As the others show little sympathy, host Sonja Zietlow (56) sarcastically concludes, "Now, there's reversed Darwinism in the camp: Survival of the Fittest."

Kader Sees a Prosperous Future for Gigi

After the initial shock of Legat's elimination subsides, Kader Loth (51) begins reading the campers' palms. She learned a little bit of card reading from her aunt and predicts a successful career for Gigi Birofio (25), but warns of potential bankruptcy due to poor money management. She also sees several children in his future.

She reads Georgina's palm and comments, "Wow, your hands are incredibly dirty!" She also predicts that Georgina will meet an international businessman who will "carry her on his hands."

An Underhanded Bet to Remove a Contestant

The light-hearted fortune-telling doesn't last long, however, as Elena Miras returns from the jungle phone with a disturbing letter. The remaining stars are asked to nominate a contestant for elimination. The twist? If no one votes, no one has to leave. However, the contestant with the most votes will have to leave the next day.

After a internal debate between group solidarity and personal victory, Sarah Knappik (37), Kader, Eric Stehfest (35), and Mola Adebisi (due to her Christian values) decide not to cast a vote. In the end, Elena announces the voting result, "Eric, you received the most votes and will leave the camp tomorrow morning."

Eric takes the news surprisingly well at first, saying, "All right. I could have guessed that." But two sentences later, the heavily tattooed TV star realizes, "The suspicions I had about people being two-faced in this jungle were correct." He's frustrated about being eliminated in such a simple way, "not in a tough challenge, as true legends should."

On Monday, Eric leaves the camp "with his head held high," convinced that he gave everything he had in the tests. "I was just determined," says Stehfest.

Before he departs, the hosts surprise him with a "small farewell gift": He gets to send two of the five remaining "Jungle Queens" - Elena, Danni Büchner (46), Kader, Sarah, and Georgina - into a jungle trial. With a strange grin on his face, he chooses the two most hated contestants, Elena and Georgina. They agree to "enter together and exit together" and even share a friendly hug.

Elena Backs Down During the "Ladies Night" Challenge

The two rivals must immediately face a gruesome "Ladies Night" trial called "All that hurts." As Zietlow explains, the "Jungle of Legends" is temporarily transformed into the "Jungle of the Lying Down": The two must each enter a grave-like pit with various number codes on the walls that match seven star-studded number locks. When the codes are cracked, of course, a bunch of terrifying animals will appear in the dark dungeon...

But before the real game begins, the usually tough Elena Miras cracks under pressure and bursts into tears, shouting, "I can't do this!" She's too afraid of being "buried alive" in there. In her distress, her rival Georgina Fleur surprisingly comforts her without hesitation. Nevertheless, Elena abruptly ends the joint trial after a few seconds with the words, "I'm a star, get me out of here."

The intimidating trial is over before it even starts - and the triumphant Elena is out. She leaves her replacement with the following words, "Tell Gigi to win the show for me, okay?"

In the post-trial interview, she continues to attack her opponent, "Georgina is still in the game. I let her have it, but I have to say, she's just sleeping. I should still be in the game, but that's life and you have to accept it." Despite everything, she is incredibly proud of herself, "for my entire journey here." She gave it her all and showed "who I am and what I can do."

Alpha and Georgina discuss the celebration of Thorsten's departure by his allies, viewing it as a strategic move to increase their own chances of winning the jungle crown.

During the internal debate about nominating a contestant for elimination, Kader and Eric decide not to cast a vote, leaning towards group solidarity and avoiding personal victory.
