Gunnar wrote, "It's with a heavy heart that I share the news of my father, Sid Eudy's, passing away after a prolonged fight against cancer. A man of power, affection, and compassion, he will be deeply missed." The family appreciates the "kind thoughts and prayers during this period of grief. Eudy, also known as Lord Humongous, Sid Vicious, Sid Justice, or Sycho Sid, made his entrance into the wrestling scene in the '80s. He was an active participant in various wrestling promotions, such as World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and WWE, where he signed in 1991 and sparred with Hulk Hogan, amongst others. He bagged the WWF World Heavyweight Championship and WCW World Heavyweight Championship on several occasions.
Eudy sustained a significant injury in WCW back in 2001. He made a comeback to WWE in 2012, after 15 years, and appeared on Monday Night RAW. The wrestling world salutes his spirit by remembering him as a survivor who fought back from adversity. Eudy leaves behind his beloved wife and two sons to cherish his memories.
