In Barcelona, young boys from poorer neighborhoods have been disappearing at increasingly shorter intervals. The theory that they have run away is questionable when the body of 13-year-old Naldo is brutally found. When 13-year-old Matteo (Iker Andres) goes missing, the murder commission led by Fina Valent (Anne Schafer) and Xavi Bonet (Clemens Schick) is highly alert. Is Matteo another victim or is he still alive?

Stefan Landsberger (Michael von Au) and his son Jakob (Riccardo Campione) are in a secluded glade, chopping wood for their carpentry, when Stefan injures himself with a crosscut saw. On the way to the hospital, they have a serious accident. Jakob's fiancée Carla Pichl (Nadine Koeters) sounds the alarm, and the mountain rescuers launch a comprehensive search for Father and Son. No one knows where the two have been.

The famous Boleyn Ground is completely sold out as West Ham United plays a home game against their arch-rival. The fans are out of control and the atmosphere is tense. The Russian rebel leader Arkady (Ray Stevenson) believes that his treacherous brother Dimitri (Pierce Brosnan) is in the stadium, and takes his followers to take the 35,000 soccer fans hostage. Among them is the veteran Michael Knox (Dave Bautista), who in Afghanistan lost his best friend. Without being able to count on help from outside, Michael tries to overpower the hostage-takers.

Aloys Hartl (Michael A. Grimm) and his class take a mystical night hike through the dark Bodensee woods and find the lifeless body of Sebastian Weidinger, with leather straps on his hands. The straps come from the nearby Heimatkundemuseum and tell of a medieval ritual called Stumpgang, in which criminals were made helpless with "leather thimbles" on their hands. The detectives Hannah Zeiler (Nora Waldstätten) and Micha Oberländer (Matthias Köberlin) uncover a tragic story.
9:40 PM, ZDFneo, The Mysteries of Spiderwick, Fantasy Adventure
The Grace siblings move into the old Spiderwick Estate and discover their deceased uncle Arthur Spiderwick's secret work. They stumble upon a hidden world full of fairies and other magical creatures, which draw them into a dangerous adventure, while the estate is visited by mysterious events. Soon they realize the true nature of the estate and the magical world that surrounds it.
Clemens Schick plays the role of Xavi Bonet in the crime drama "The Barcelona Mystery: The Longest Day," which airs at 8:15 PM on Das Erste.
