Princess Anne (73) spoke about her health condition at her first public appearance since the accident. In an incident involving a horse at her estate a month ago, she sustained a concussion and light injuries. She was hospitalized at Southmead Hospital in Bristol for five days.

Princess Anne: "I can't remember anything"

For her return to royal duties, Princess Anne chose a horse event. During her visit to the National Championships of Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) at Hartpury University and Hartpury College in Gloucestershire, Anne mentioned that she "can't remember anything" regarding the incident, which was likely caused by a fall from the horse. Videos of the Princess's visit to the event on Friday can be seen on "Mail Online" at X.

Helena Vega Lozano, the Chair of RDA UK, shared that as soon as Anne stepped out of the car, she said, "I can't remember anything." Despite her health setback, the horse-loving sister of the Monarch seemed in her element as she mingled with RDA supporters in the arena, presented prizes, and met the winners.

The three-day national RDA Championship is the largest equestrian event of its kind for disabled participants. Princess Anne took over the patronage in November 1971 and has been the President since March 1986.

Further engagements scheduled

The next engagement is marked in her public calendar on the British Royal Family's website. The next engagement is scheduled for the 15th of July. As Patron of the "Northern Lighthouse Board," an organization responsible for lighthouses, she is set to visit the ship NLV Pharos on the west coast of Scotland. Following the two-day engagement in Scotland, there are scheduled engagements in Salisbury, London, Norfolk, and Worcestershire in her calendar.

A foreign trip to Canada, which was supposed to begin at the end of June, had to be canceled.
