One of the standouts at IFA 2024 was the Honor "Magic V3". This marvel of an ultra-thin, foldable smartphone, only 9.2 millimeters thick when folded, shares the thickness of most regular smartphones. Powered by a "Snapdragon 8 Gen 3" processor and an impressive camera system, it delivers outstanding performance and photography.

The dual OLED displays boast high resolutions, and the camera sporting a 50-megapixel sensor and a periscope telephoto lens captures stunning photos. The device offers an impressive 5,050 mAh battery, despite its slim size. However, the "Magic V3" comes with a hefty price tag of 1,990 euros, matching or even exceeding its competitors.

Another exciting display at IFA was the TCL "X11 Series QD-Mini LED TV", renowned for its peak brightness of up to 6,500 nits and 4K HDR image quality. It supports Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+, and its bezel-less design and collaboration with Bang & Olufsen impress acoustically. Gamers enjoy features like a 240Hz display and "AMD FreeSync Premium Pro". Despite being a highlight, the release date and European pricing were not revealed in Berlin.

The "Aura 2 Ultra" short-throw projector from Xgimi also made a strong impact. Equipped with powerful specifications like a 2,300 ISO lumens brightness, Dolby Vision and Atmos support, and "IMAX Enhanced" compatibility, it's a must-have for home cinema enthusiasts seeking high-quality display. With a 100-inch screen projection from a mere 17.8 cm away, it's a game-changer yet retails for 2,899 euros.

In the audio segment, the "SC-CX700" wireless speaker system from Technics caught everyone's attention. With an array of connectivity options like HDMI ARC and phono inputs, streaming services support, and high-quality audio, it sets a new standard in wireless audio systems. However, the premium price tag of 2,499 euros reflects its superior quality.

Robotic Vacuums: The Future of Home Cleaning

The "Qrevo Slim" from Roborock demonstrated technological prowess. This innovative suction and mopping robot offers power suction up to 18,500 Pascal, 3D mapping, and an intelligent obstacle recognition system. Capable of overcoming obstacles up to four cm high, it's suitable for cleaning in old buildings.

Equipped with two mops, it can clean both dry and wet surfaces, then self-clean in the docking station. Its compact design allows efficient cleaning under furniture and in tight spaces. Roborock promises no tangled hair inside the device. Priced at 1,499.99 euros, the company offers discounts for the "Qrevo Slim".

The CES, often referred to as the Consumer Electronics Show, will likely showcase the Honor "Magic V3" next year, as its groundbreaking features drew significant attention at IFA Berlin.
