Nadja Auermann - Therefore, the model thinks about its current figure
You were one of the top models of the 90s: Nadja Auermann (53). Today, you can still find her in front of the camera, but sometimes with mixed feelings. "One is a little uncertain because cameras and photos make things broader," she explained in an interview with RTL. She feels "a little damaged" by the thought that "one should always be perfect."
"You can be a little rounder"
Being a supermodel in the 90s was burdensome due to expectations, Nadja Auermann continued. Many people had "a certain image in mind that one had to conform to." However, she no longer has a problem with her body, as she has understood that it changes over the years. At 53 years old, she thinks: "You're over 50 - it's okay, you can be a little rounder!"
Diversity is incredibly important. "Everyone should be themselves," she emphasized in the conversation. "It's important to accept yourself."

At 18 and 19 years old, she struggled with it. She even put pressure on herself, but she resisted and found her passion in Interior Design. In addition to her main occupation, she models from time to time.
