Lena Meyer-Landrut - The tour goes on

Lena Meyer-Landrut (33) returns. After having to cancel performances in June due to a "medical emergency," she is now resuming her tour. The singer posted on her Instagram account on Tuesday evening (July 16). "Shall we do it again?", she asks in the video. "It couldn't have been that bad."

Through a comment on the post, it becomes clear what she means. "See you in 3 days," writes Lena Meyer-Landrut. "I'll see you in three days." The concert in Plauen on July 19 is therefore set to go ahead as planned.

"Cramp-like abdominal and kidney pains" in June

Lena Meyer-Landrut was supposed to perform at the Tollwood Festival in Munich on June 29. However, the concert had to be cancelled just before it began due to a "medical emergency."

The day after, the ESC winner of 2010 informed her fans via Instagram. "I didn't feel good all day and then I had cramp-like abdominal and kidney pains in the evening, I had to hand over just before the show start and was then taken to a clinic," she explained in a story. Her scheduled performance for June 30 in Wangen also had to be cancelled, as she felt worse during the day.

A few days later, Lena Meyer-Landrut gave a warning via Instagram. "Slowly getting back on track," she wrote. "A few days of rest and relaxation were necessary," she told her fans and thanked them for their "healing wishes and patience."

Lena Meyer-Landrut's tour continues

After her performance in Plauen on Friday, Lena Meyer-Landrut is scheduled to perform on the stage in Wolfsburg on Saturday. One day later, there is a concert in Ansbach, and on Monday, a gig in Regensburg.

Lena Meyer-Landrut announced on Instagram that she will be performing in Plauen three days after her post, indicating that the concert cancellation due to a medical emergency was temporary. The singer originally planned to perform at the Tollwood Festival in Munich, but had to cancel due to cramp-like abdominal and kidney pains. She resumed her tour with a performance in Wolfsburg following the Plauen concert. Fans were supportive during her recovery, sending her "healing wishes and patience" through social media.
