German Reality TV stars are vying for more airtime, better slots, and the highest pay - and soon, for the awards at the "Reality Awards". For the first time, RTL+ will broadcast the gala event "The Reality Awards" live from Cologne on December 7th.

Sophia Thomalla to Host

Sophia Thomalla (34) will lead the evening. She has accompanied some German Reality stars at their beginnings through her moderation of shows like "Are You The One?". Olivia Jones (54) will support her. Thomalla will report live from the red carpet before the awards and will also serve as a presenter.

Nominees to be Announced

RTL announced in March that they would be awarding the "Reality Awards" this year. From the press release, it was clear that viewers could vote for their Trash-Favorite in various categories. "Which Reality Star provided the most beautiful and which provided the most emotional moments of the year?", it was stated then.

However, it is still unclear in which categories the Reality stars can look forward to a trophy, and who will even be in the race for the awards.

Sophia Thomalla will host "The Reality Awards" live from Cologne on December 7th, with Olivia Jones supporting her. Thomalla and Jones will be present at the event, with Thomalla reporting live from the red carpet and serving as a presenter. Olivia Jones and Sophia Thomalla will also be seen together at the event, as they are both contestants for the Right-to-left+ category at the Reality Awards. The nominees for the Reality Awards, including Olivia Jones and Sophia Thomalla, will be announced soon.
