Oasis Stirs Excitement with Tour Announcement and Reunion on August 27

Rumors swirled in the music universe when Oasis declared their reunion and tour schedule on August 27. Many fans noticed that their initial tour stop was just five days prior to the legendary Glastonbury Festival, fueling speculation that they might also take the stage there. However, the band has recently set the record straight.**

Oasis Won't Appear at Glastonbury in 2025

On Oasis's official X channel, where their tour dates were also unveiled the following day (August 28), a clarification was made in the afternoon. "Contrary to media assumptions, Oasis will not be gracing the stage at Glastonbury 2025 or any other festivals next year," it revealed. The only opportunity to witness the band live is through their Oasis Live '25 World Tour."

At present, the tour schedule by Oasis involves 14 performances in the UK and Ireland. This includes four shows in July at Heaton Park, Manchester, and four concerts at London's Wembley Stadium towards the end of July and beginning of August.

As reported by "The Sun", additional concerts are in the pipeline, with guitarist Bonehead (59) also joining the tour. It's worth noting that Oasis has headlined Glastonbury Festival twice before - in 1995 and 2004. Both Liam and Noel Gallagher have also performed there solo, with Liam performing with his former band Beady Eye and Noel appearing with the High Flying Birds as recently as 2022.

The anticipated Oasis Live '25 World Tour includes 14 performances in the UK and Ireland, with stops at Heaton Park and Wembley Stadium. Fans hoping to catch Bonehead, who has joined the tour, should keep an eye out for additional concert announcements.
