The Spanish Royal Family is currently on summer vacation in Mallorca. Joining King Felipe VI. (56), Queen Letizia (51), and their daughters Leonor (18) and Sofía (17) are also former Queen Sophia (85) and her sister Irene (82). Sophia was affectionately guided by her son through Palma on Sunday evening (4th August), with her arm linked to his.

They were at "Mia" already in 2023

The royal family was seen in casual summer attire and visited a sea-side restaurant, reportedly known for its fish specialties and rice dishes by the "Mallorca Newspaper". The Royals seem to be no strangers to "Mia" either, as they are said to have dined there last summer in Palmas coastal neighborhood of Portitxol.

While the Royals seemed relaxed on their way to the fish restaurant, their vacation this summer has been far from relaxed, with their holiday frequently interrupted by engagements.

The family has been splitting their time in recent days. Leonor and Sofía were initially in Paris to support the Spanish athletes at the Olympic Games, followed by Letizia. According to the "Mallorca Newspaper", Felipe is reportedly set to fly to the French capital in the coming days. Sophia could then be present at the closing ceremony. However, even during their holiday, the Royals are fulfilling official duties in Spain. Felipe recently presented the trophies at the sailing regatta in Palma.

The royal family's frequent visits to "Mia" suggest they have a fondness for its diverse menu, which includes both fish specialties and rice dishes. Despite other engagements, they manage to incorporate other leisure activities into their vacation, such as dining at their favorite restaurants.
