Streamer accused of streaking at Wembley Stadium

The Champions League final between Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid was interrupted shortly after it kicked off due to several drones flying onto the field at Wembley Stadium. The drone operators were wearing shirts with identical messages on them, and they were able to stay on the field for an extended period of time without being stopped.

At 9 pm on Saturday evening, the two teams were ready to play the final match, but it didn't take long for the game to be interrupted. As soon as the game started, several drones appeared on the pitch. Some of them took photos of Real Madrid players like Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Jr., while others were able to fly across the field without issue.

For a while, there was no sign of stewards or security staff on the field, and both players and fans in the stadium were annoyed by the situation. TV viewers were also frustrated by the interruption.

It was later revealed that the drones were likely part of a coordinated action by a controversial Belarusian blogger who is facing legal issues in his home country and in Russia. The blogger, going by the name Mellstroy, had previously posted nude photos of underage girls online and had been involved in acts of violence against a woman during a live stream. On the shirts worn by the drone operators, Mellstroy's name appeared in various forms.

Mellstroy had promised 30 million rubles (around 300,000 euros) for each person who could get the inscription onto the field. Several people who were looking for financial gain were seen operating drones. However, it's unclear if they actually received the money. A lifetime stadium ban seems more likely for those involved in the incident.

One of the drone operators managed to get back onto the field after his first outing. He was greeted by an angry crowd, and stewards had to intervene. It took some time for the security staff to regain control of the situation on the field, with one drone reportedly being stopped by Borussia Dortmund player Marcel Sabitzer.
