King Philip and Queen Letizia - Spanish Royals receive EM-winners
The title is back in Spain - and the Royals are celebrating too! King Felipe VI. (56) and his daughter Sofia (17) had already cheered on the Spanish football national team's EURO win in person in Berlin, now Felipe's wife, Queen Letizia (51), and the eldest daughter of the pair, Spanish crown princess Princess Leonor (18), have joined them. The Royals welcomed the record EURO champions at a reception in Madrid.

The Palace posted on Instagram that the trophy had returned to Spain after twelve years. The Royals posted two pictures. One photo shows Leonor and Sofia with the trophy, when they were still children. In the other picture, the siblings are depicted today. Both wear a national team jersey with the number 10 of Dani Olmo (26) on it in the current photo.
The Spanish Football Association shared more pictures of the heroes' welcome on their Social Media platform, which landed around 15:00 hours in Madrid. Thousands of people gathered to celebrate the team with the young stars Lamine Yamal (17) and Nico Williams (22).
Felipe VI. and his daughter Sofia had already celebrated the Spanish victory in the EURO final against England in the stadium in Berlin. The Spanish Royals met on the tribune with colleagues. British heir to the throne Prince William (42) and his son, Prince George (10), also followed the final. The Spanish Royal House shared a picture, in which the royal football fans are seen together in the stadium.
