Queen Letizia of Spain - Smiling in the arm of King Philip
The crisis rumors surrounding their marriage cannot affect King Philip (56) and Queen Letizia of Spain (51). The Spanish royal family presented themselves as a strong and familial unit at the Princess of Girona Foundation Awards: The Spanish royal couple appeared cheerful and arm in arm on the stage of the event. They were accompanied by their two daughters, Crown Princess Leonor (18) and Princess Sofia (17).
Spanish Royal Family in Blue
Not only their good mood matched each other, but their outfits also fit well together. Queen Letizia wore a pale blue, knee-length dress with an oversized black flower pattern at the Award-giving ceremony in the Costa Brava Palace Congress in Lloret de Mar. She paired this with black ribbon sandals and a black handbag. King Felipe complemented his wife's look with a navy blue two-piece suit, which he combined with a pale blue shirt and a striped tie in a bright blue tone.
This color, which was also reflected in the design of the event, could also be found in the clothing of the two princesses. Crown Princess Leonor participated in a midi dress with a dark blue pointed collar, while Princess Sofia wore an ensemble of a jumpsuit and a long-sleeved blouse in a summer blue color.
