Recently, there's been a revelation that Shiloh's youngest sister, Vivienne, is credited under the name Vivienne Jolie in a recent Broadway show production called "Outsiders." She's dropped the last name Pitt. This isn't the first time an adoptive child from the family has done so - Zahara dropped the name too when she joined Sorority "Alpha Kappa Alpha" at Spelman College.
It looks like four out of the six kids, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, and Vivienne, face struggles with their famous father, Brad Pitt. Both adopted sons have already tried to detach themselves from him. Rumors of physical altercations surrounded Maddox during a private flight in 2016. Meanwhile, Pax called his father a "world-class asshole" on Instagram in 2020.
School-Aged Shiloh Officially Distances Herself from the Surname of Pitt
Previously, it was assumed that Shiloh, the firstborn child and biological daughter of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, had a decent relationship with her father. There were rumors that she might move in with him when she turned 18. However, this assumption seems to be inaccurate. Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt celebrated her 18th birthday on May 27th and, instead of planning the move, submitted a petition to the court on that day.
An American tabloid, "TMZ," which has access to the necessary legal papers, reports that Shiloh is seeking to remove Pitt from her last name. This change seems imminent as it may take only a few weeks or months to complete. Shiloh becomes the fifth child from the family who having difficulties with her father, Brad. Zahara, Knox, and Pax are the other three siblings who have a strained relationship with the famous dad. Shiloh seems to be the one who has taken the further step of legally modifying her name.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt ended their relationship in 2016. Shiloh was just ten years old back then, and they've been engaged in a custody, property, and other legal disputes ever since. The children have been living with their mother or moving out as they turn older.
