Katja Burkhard's alternating appearances - Sabrina Ilski will showcase "Punkt 12" in August.
Starting from August, Sabrina Ilski, aged 36, will join the team of moderators for "Punkt 12," the RTL afternoon magazine. The network made this announcement on June 12th. Ilski will be sharing moderating duties with Katja Burkard, 59, and Bernd Fuchs, 52.
Ilski has had a connection with "Punkt 12" in the past. She has served as a writer and reporter for the show, as well as for other RTL, n-tv, and VOX productions. "I love this format and the people who work on it," Ilski said in a statement released by the broadcaster. She is thrilled at the opportunity to present the program herself and continue serving up compelling content.
Burkard and Ilski hit it off quickly. "I immediately thought, 'Sabrina is really cool!'", Burkard gushed in a video clip released by RTL. Ilski shares the sentiment, commenting, "It's so awesome that we can now call each other colleagues."
Ilski's journalism career started at RTL Nord as a trainee. Over time, she rose to become the head of the editorial department. Originally from Recklinghausen, she currently lives in Cologne with her family. Last year, she welcomed a baby girl into the world.
