The popular reality series "The Real Housewives" has expanded to Germany, ushering in a local spin-off show.

"The Real Housewives" expand to Germany: The reality show receives a Bavarian edition. As RTL+ has declared, the streaming service is introducing the first German adaptation with "The Real Housewives of Munich". From July 6th, two new episodes will be dropped every week. A total of six episodes have been developed.

"The Real Housewives of Munich" portrays six wealthy women from Munich's upper class as they go about their daily lives. "Fancy, chic, and opulent living is front and center - the lives of these flashy ladies never grow mundane," says the announcement. Each episode will focus on a different lavish event that these six women attend.

These are the stars

"Charming, outgoing, and fun - and of course exceptionally wealthy" is how RTL+ introduces the six "Housewives" from Munich. These include the 33-year-old Carina, a mother and businesswoman, the 38-year-old Lily, a former business consultant, and the 38-year-old Seher, a real estate investor. Moreover, the 37-year-old Natalie from the same line of work, the 31-year-old Pegah, a performance expert, and the 46-year-old designer Joana are also involved.

The groundbreaking reality show "The Real Housewives" originated in 2006 with "The Real Housewives of Orange County" in the United States. The adaptation "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" launched four years later and was a resounding success, resulting in many more adaptations. To date, 28 versions have been produced globally.
