The broadcaster Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB) has suspended its collaboration with moderator Sebastian Hotz, known as "El Hotzo," following an online publication in connection with the attack on the former US President Donald Trump in the United States, at X.

Hotz will no longer host the show "Theoretisch cool" on the RBB radio station Fritz, the broadcaster announced in Potsdam on Tuesday.
Hotz wrote on X about the attack on Trump in the US, "unfortunately just missed it" and "I find it absolutely fantastic when fascists die." RBB Program Director Katrin Günther stated: "His statements there are not in line with the values that the RBB stands for - we are therefore ending the cooperation immediately and have informed the author accordingly."
