ProSieben has confirmed that the show "Turmspringen" will be making a comeback from RTL. This autumn, "TV total Turmspringen" will return to its original home. The live event," stated ProSieben on Tuesday.

"TV total Turmspringen," which featured celebrities attempting water diving, initially aired on ProSieben from 2004 to 2015. In 2022, the program switched to rival network RTL, and three episodes of "RTL Turmspringen" have been broadcast since then, including the most recent one in January 2024.

Four "TV total" special shows

Four "TV total" specials will air on ProSieben every Saturday evening during the fall season. "TV total XXL" is one of them, with Sebastian Pufpaff (47) and ProSieben inviting viewers to "the biggest 'TV total' party of all time" at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne. "TV total XXL Live in the Lanxess Arena is the Wacken of family festivals. Whoever misses it, will have the DVD box on their shelves all the time," says Pufpaff.

He also promises that there will be "of course guests," "of course the Heavytones," the "TV total" show band, and "of course Nippelboard and Console" in attendance. The ticket page for the event mentions a game of "Blamieren or Kassieren," in addition to Roland Kaiser (72) and the band Electric Callboy as musical acts.

"TV total Bundesvision Comedy Contest" and "TV total Promi Wrestling"

Fans can also anticipate the "TV total Bundesvision Comedy Contest." In this "TV total" special, Pufpaff is tasked with finding the funniest federal state. "Each federal state sends its funniest act into the competition: Which one will be the funniest?" asks the network.

The much-anticipated "TV total Promi Wrestling" will also make its debut this winter. Unfortunately, there are currently no details regarding the celebrity wrestlers.

"TV total" was hosted by Stefan Raab (57) from 1999 until it ended in 2015. In 2021, the late-night show was rebooted with Sebastian Pufpaff, and Raab now acts as a producer behind the scenes. Two weeks after the XXL show on August 31, Raab will be back in the spotlight with a boxing match against Regina Halmich (47) for the first time in nine years.
