Disappointment for fans - Pearl Jam cancel both concerts in Berlin at short notice due to illness

After canceling their concerts in London on Friday, American band Pearl Jam has now confirmed to German fans that the two shows in Berlin, on July 2 and 3, will also not take place. The reason is a health issue within the band. Who was affected is still unclear.

The band wrote in social media: "This was the last decision we wanted to make, especially since we know that many of you made travel plans based on our tour plan. There was simply no other way, given our current health condition and the need to prevent further damage."

No make-up dates for Pearl Jam

Another disappointing news: There will be no make-up dates. The concert rescheduling is not possible. The band writes: "Despite our best efforts, a rescheduling at this time was not possible due to existing commitments."

The musicians are, however, grateful: "We sincerely apologize to the incredible Pearl Jam community for the inconvenience and disappointment." Ticket prices will be refunded.
