Richard Carapaz won the 17th stage of the 111. Tour de France. After the hilly 177.8 kilometers between Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux and the winter sports resort Superdevoluy, the Olympic champion from Ecuador finished as a soloist before the British Simon Yates and Enric Mas from Spain.
