Big Brother Germany - New series planned for autumn
Already in the finale of the previous "Promi Big Brother" season, Jochen Schropp (45) and Marlene Lufen (53) announced on December 4, 2023 that there would be another edition of the Promi Container in 2024. And the viewers won't have to wait much longer for it. "Sat.1 shows 'Promi Big Brother' this fall," explained Sat.1 press spokesperson Christoph Körfer in response to an inquiry from news agency spot on news.
Who will be the successor of Yeliz Koc?
Just like in 2023, the prominent residents will then be observable around the clock again: "And of course, there is a 24/7 livestream on Joyn." Who will move into the TV container remains a mystery. "All further details will be announced by Big Brother in due time," Körfer emphasized.
The first Promi edition aired in 2013. At first, Sat.1 showed it in late August. Since season 2022, the show has been airing later in the year. In the previous year, 13 residents moved into the container on November 18, which had a new location. While the production of "Promi Big Brother" in 2013 was still in Berlin, it moved to Cologne-Ossendorf in 2014. In 2023, it was announced: "Big Brother will remain loyal to Cologne and moves to Bocklemünd."
For two weeks, one could follow the events in the TV container via TV or Joyn-Livestream, in which the separated couple Iris and Peter Klein (57) met. However, the victory was ultimately secured by the former "Bachelor" candidate Yeliz Koc (30).
