Nagelsmann spoke at a press conference in Munich, saying, "I'd like to see the German national team being pushed on by the country itself, especially inside the stadium. We need to make the most of the home advantage we have." He added, "That's why I'm asking you to be loud tomorrow because I want to reach the players."

Leroy Sané has recovered fully from his thigh injury and is ready to play, according to Nagelsmann. The team will field their ideal starting lineup, as Nagelsmann wants to provide psychological security for his regular players. He said, "It's important to tell them that mistakes are allowed, but that good training also pays off."
