Lastly, Anna-Carina Woitschack (31) has had her failed marriage to her Schlager colleague Stefan Mross (48) dominate the headlines about her. Now, the singer has stripped down for the September issue of "Playboy" and explained in the accompanying interview why it's "just the right time" for her. She has decided to forge new paths and "do all the things she feels like doing". Following her motto: "Never a mistake, always a lesson. For me, everything that fulfills me and that I can stand behind 100 percent is right", said Anna-Carina Woitschack in the German edition of "Playboy".

Familiar Feeling

Although the 31-year-old has never bared all in public before, she is no stranger to the feeling of nudity in front of a large audience: "I've been making myself naked... for 13 years with my music. Standing on stage is also a form of nudity for me. In that moment, a few hundred or thousand pairs of eyes are analyzing and evaluating what you're doing."

Suddenly in the Spotlight

In a "Bunte" interview shortly after the joint announcement of their separation, Woitschack had spoken about how the relationship with Mross hadn't benefited from being so much in the public eye. Unlike her peers, she hadn't had time to get to know her partner "in peace". They were "in this whirlwind of publicity" and "together 24/7" from the start. "There was hardly any room to breathe."

In the "Playboy" interview, she added: "I was long influenced by the expectations that came from the outside, and I was afraid of making a mistake. I've grown a thick skin, but of course, it doesn't leave me cold when I read sensational headlines that aren't true. But I'm not the type to constantly justify myself."

That both her engagement and wedding to Stefan Mross took place on television, Woitschack described as "a great experience that I stood behind 100 percent at the time and that no one can take away from me. But I look more to the future than to the past, and it's okay that this relationship is in the past."

After discussing her past relationship and its impact on her public image, Anna-Carina Woitschack mentioned, "Now, I want to focus on forging new relationships, both personally and professionally, and doing things that truly fulfill me." additionally, reflecting on her past experiences, she stated, "My relationships, including my failed marriage, have taught me valuable lessons, and I'm ready to apply these lessons in my future relationships."
