Miley Cyrus has been trailed by a stalker for numerous years.

Near Miley Cyrus' house, a stalker caused trouble. The guy is barred by the court from coming near the singer. Now he's caught holding a teddy bear.

Supposedly, Miley Cyrus has been pursued by a man for around six years, who once reappeared at her property. Police have taken him away multiple times as mentioned on the celebrity site "TMZ." The 31-year-old artist resides in Malibu in a 600-square-meter villa with a seashore view, close to renowned neighbors like Lady Gaga and Avril Lavigne.

The presumed stalker was arrested in January. Reportedly, he recently showed up again in front of Cyrus' house in Los Angeles with a teddy bear, as shared by "TMZ" with police sources. Security staff identified him due to past occurrences and held him before summoning the police. Cyrus was absent when the incident occurred.

The police put the man under arrest for breaching a court order and took him to jail. "TMZ" mentioned in 2023 that Cyrus sought a temporary injunction against the stalker. The judge approved it, restricting the man from communicating with the singer, attending her shows, and approaching the singer or her home within about 90 meters.

In court records, it was noted that the man was recently released from prison and then popped up near her property. Cyrus had been receiving letters from the man since 2018, with him begging for money and making lewd comments. Twice in the summer of 2022, he appeared in Los Angeles and was pushed back. In December 2022, he was apprehended and spent eight months at the correctional facility.
