The concerts had begun, with the first one scheduled for Florida in late June, but Jennifer Lopez recently decided to scrap her North American tour. The "This Is Me... Live" tour, set to run from June 26th to August 17th, was intended to take Jennifer across the U.S. and Canada. However, as per the US celebrity source "Page Six," Lopez opted to cancel the tour in favor of spending more time with her loved ones.

The "On The JLo" newsletter reportedly revealed Jennifer's disappointment in scrapping the tour. According to "Page Six," the 54-year-old singer expressed her sadness and frustration as she apologized to her fans: "I'm deeply sad and heartbroken because I let you down." She further added, "But know that I wouldn't make this decision if it wasn't absolutely necessary." She also committed to "making it up to you."

The tour's promoter, Live Nation, verified the cancellation. Their statement stated that Jennifer was taking a break to be with her children, family, and close friends.

This sudden turn of events follows months of speculation surrounding turmoil in Lopez's marriage to Ben Affleck. The gossip began when Lopez made a solitary appearance at the annual Met Gala. Additionally, Affleck is not dwelling in the couple's high-end Beverly Hills mansion. Although filming could be the motive behind the couple's separation, it remains unconfirmed. Neither Affleck nor J. Lo have responded to the media's assumptions thus far.
