Jennifer Lopez cancels her summer tour plans.

For quite some time now, there have been whispers of trouble in the Lopez/Affleck marriage. Now, it seems those rumors might have some truth to them: Weeks before kicking off her North American tour, J. Lo decides to cancel it for personal reasons.

The "This Is Me... Live" tour was supposed to span over seven weeks across the US and Canada, with the first show slated for June 25th. But now, it's unlikely to happen, thanks to a report from "Page Six" claiming that Lopez nixed the project to spend more time with her family.

In what sounds like a heartfelt email, Lopez assured her fans she didn't make this decision lightly. She said she was "devastated" about canceling the tour and apologized in a heartfelt message, stating, "I couldn't let you down like this unless it was absolutely necessary." And to make amends, she promised to "fix this" for her fans.

Live Nation, the promoter behind the tour, confirmed the news, stating that Jennifer "decided to spend more time with her children, her family, and her close friends."

Speculation around the alleged marital problems between Lopez and Ben Affleck has been circulating for some time. This rumor mill only grew when Lopez made an appearance at the Met Gala alone, and Affleck started living separately from their Beverly Hills mansion. While filming commitments could be a potential reason for his absence from the marital home, Affleck and Lopez have remained tight-lipped about the situation. The couple tied the knot in July 2022.
