Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, both famous celebrities, tied the knot in Vegas and bought a luxurious house in Beverly Hills for $60 million. Recently, there have been rumors of marital issues between the two. Now, they seem to be looking for a buyer to sell their villa again.
The chatter surrounding the potential crisis in Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's marriage continues. As reported, these A-list celebrities are considering selling their posh Beverly Hills property worth a whopping $60 million (55 million euros).
Sources claim that the duo first purchased the property together back in May last year. However, recent reports state that they have enlisted the help of real estate agent Santiago Arana from "The Agency," who has been working on finding a new buyer for around two weeks now. Santiago Arana is known for his role in the Netflix real estate show "Buying Beverly Hills."
As per the US celebrity portal "TMZ," Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck originally sought $65 million for their dream home and would suffer a loss if the estimated price goes through. Apart from renovations, a real estate agent's commission, and a new luxury real estate tax, they also spent extra cash on the property.
In May 2023, around ten months after their Las Vegas wedding, the couple invested $60.85 million in the palace, which boasts 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, a pool, an indoor sports complex, and parking spaces for 80 cars.
