As reported by various news outlets, a court has mandated detention for one of the suspects. The remaining three individuals apprehended post-incident were granted bail by a judge in Mataró. The potential charges against them range from attempted murder to incitement or aiding in such an act.
The bail provisions proscribe the suspects from interacting or drawing close to the victim, Mounir Nasraoui. According to "La Vanguardia", the implicated individuals are all Spanish natives and hail from the same family.
An altercation between Nasraoui and neighbors in Mataró, approximately 30 kilometers northeast of Barcelona, transpired on a Wednesday after he was supposedly doused with water from a balcony by a child.

Nasraoui claimed to the police that the suspects devised a trap for him that evening. They enticed him to a parking lot under the guise of seeking reconciliation, ambushed him unexpectedly, and inflicted wounds, as per "La Vanguardia".
Nasraoui endured two deep stab wounds to his abdomen and one to his chest. He managed to depart from the hospital only two days later.
The suspects, as reported by "The Vanguardia," lured Nasraoui to a parking lot with the promise of reconciliation, intending to ambush him. After the incident, "The Vanguardia" also revealed that all the implicated individuals are of Spanish origin and share the same family background.
