The person who has won the television series "Big Brother" this year has been announced. During the grand finale, Marcus (36) emerged as the victor against his competitor Frauke (29) by a small margin. A total of 50.54% of viewers voted for him while 49.46% voted for her. Therefore, the €100,000 prize will be given to the Berliner aged 36. On winning, Marcus said, "Thanks! I know I'm a charmer - but you guys out there are even more." His reaction was so emotional that he even shed tears after the announcement.
In the final episode, a total of six candidates competed against each other, all of whom left the show one by one owing to the viewer voting. There were several options to vote— via phone, SMS, or the Joyn app. Consecutively, Maja (26) was knocked out in sixth place, followed by Mateo (46), Christian (26), and Benedikt (23), who thus ensured a third-place finish: "It's incredible that I made it this far," said Benedikt about his achievement.

The 14th season of "Big Brother" has concluded, having lasted for 100 days. This season was produced for the streaming service Joyn and began airing on March 4, 2024. The viewers could see into the life in the TV container around the clock through a livestream. Additionally, there was a daily summary and a weekly live show, which was also telecasted on Sat.1, moderated by Jochen Schropp (45) every Monday. However, the final episode was only broadcast on Joyn and not during regular TV programming. A total of 20 candidates took part in the 2024 season of "Big Brother".
