Important message from Princess Kate - I know which power nature has
Princess Kate (42) once again appeared in public a few days ago, presenting the golden trophy to young star Carlos Alcaraz (21) at Wimbledon tennis tournament despite her current cancer treatment. Now, the 42-year-old has returned to Instagram and revealed what has been helping her during this difficult time.
Princess Kate swears by "the power of nature"
According to Kate's message in an Instagram Story during an event at the Natural History Museum in London, it is "the power of nature" that she refers to. The institution has just opened its new gardens. From Kate's perspective, nature helps "support our development and well-being by providing us with joy and helping us stay physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy."
The Princess of Wales hopes that "thousands of people" will visit the new gardens of the Museum and be "inspired." She supports the institution's engagement because it is a "special place" that encourages people of all age groups to connect with nature and learn more about how we can protect our natural world.

Moreover, in the two published Instagram Stories, there are also photos of Kate's Museum visit in 2021. Back then, she looked casual in jeans, a top, and a blazer, while playing and laughing with her children among the greenery.
Apart from her role as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club at Wimbledon, Kate was also seen in public in mid-June at the Military Parade "Trooping the Colour." These were the only two public appearances since she announced her cancer diagnosis in March 2024.
