According to Kate's message in an Instagram Story during an event at the Natural History Museum in London, it is "the power of nature" that she refers to. The institution has just opened its new gardens. From Kate's perspective, nature helps "support our development and well-being by providing us with joy and helping us stay physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy."
The Princess of Wales hopes that "thousands of people" will visit the new gardens of the Museum and be "inspired."
