Rapper Bushido (45) announced his "official retirement" on Instagram with a significant statement on a Friday afternoon (12th July). In two stories, the husband of Anna-Maria Ferchichi (42) declared an end to his music career. "After this, there will be no more music, no more performances, probably also no more interviews. I'm stepping back", he says in an apparent video filmed by his wife during a car ride.

"I think it's time now to simply say goodbye", the musician continues. He expresses gratitude "for a wonderful time" and his "28-year career".

In the same breath, Bushido also announced a "last tour". In January 2026, the 45-year-old will embark on his "Alles wird gut - Tour 2026", as confirmed by concert promoter Concertbüro Zahlmann. With over 150,000 attendees celebrating the rapper during his originally announced "King for ever"-Tour in this year, there is now a follow-up.

"Alles wird gut" Tour to be "more powerful, wilder, and rawer"

"I owe this to my loyal fanbase and of course all the new fans. The farewell tour 2026 will be even more powerful, wilder, and rawer", Bushido is quoted as saying in the press release from the promoter. Ten concerts in cities like Berlin, Cologne, Munich, or Zurich are on the tour schedule.

Regarding the now-announced concert series, Bushido emphasizes that it will indeed be his on-stage farewell. "We had only been playing around with the idea before, now, in 2026 in January, the last tour, the big retirement, no more music, no more songs, no more albums, nothing", he reiterates on Instagram.

Anna-Maria Ferchichi, Bushido's wife, filmed his heartfelt video announcement on Instagram, where he expressed his decision to retire from music after 28 years of a career-oriented journey. Bushido teased his loyal fans with a farewell tour, dubbed as "Alles wird gut - Tour 2026," which he promised to make more powerful, wilder, and rawer than ever before. Announcing his retirement on Instagram, Bushido emphasized that the upcoming tour would indeed be his final on-stage appearance, marking an end to his music career and the creation of new songs or albums.
