Following his heart attack recovery, Frank (Michael A. Grimm) gets discharged from the hospital with the doctor's recommendation to steer clear of demanding physical activities in the future. At his job as a theater doorman, a tango dance group is rehearsing. Secrecy begets boldness, and Frank takes the chance, attempting his initial tango steps, hidden away in the doorman's secluded lodge. A newfound passion for tango surfaces unexpectedly within Frank, motivating him to maintain this secret from his wife Kathrin (Eva Meckbach) and daughter Paula (Lilith Kampffmeyer). Instead, he begins secret tango lessons with the instructor, Maresa (Kara Wenham), surreptitiously avoiding public humiliation.

In this episode, Frank Rosin challenges Hamburg's culinary queen, Cornelia Poletto. The themes for their dishes are "Wild Freedom," "Field Hero," and "Bangkok Stopover." With fewer resources at their disposal during the former East German era, the show compels both contestants to explore the possibilities of their creativity.

Set in Germany in 2029, renowned journalist Johann Hellström (Tobias Moretti) and his wife Lucia (Valery Tscheplanowa) retreat to their technologically advanced vacation home situated on a Baltic Sea island. When his professional liberty is limited by a populist party in power, Hellström's purported innocence is tested by his isolation. However, the political climate deteriorates in Germany due to a terrorist attack, and the advanced residential system unexpectedly turns hostile against its inhabitants, further polarizing them.

8:15 PM, ZDFneo, Murder on Norderney, Crime

Detective Wilsberg (Leonard Lansink) is coaxed by Commissioner Anna Springer (Rita Russek) to join her for a vacation in Norderney. Although he's less than excited, especially with Anna's goddaughter Merle (Janina Fautz) tagging along, the trio embarks on their journey. The getaway turns sour when someone is discovered unconscious in the restroom, and Gregor Schott, a waiter at a local Norderney restaurant, remains silent regarding the situation. Eventually, Schott is discovered dead on the beach, prompting the interest of both Wilsberg and the stubborn goddaughter Merle, who is joined by Overbeck's (Roland Jankowsky) support to help unravel the mystery surrounding Schott's untimely demise.

Despite his doctor's advice, Frank frequently visits 'The house' where the tango dance group rehearses, secretly nurturing his new passion for dance. In an effort to perfect his tango skills, Frank arranges secret lessons at 'The house', avoiding any potential embarrassment with his family.
