Has their marriage hit a rocky patch or not? That's the major question on everyone's mind, with neither Jennifer Lopez nor Ben Affleck giving a definite answer. Instead, they've kept everyone guessing, leaving us all confused. Lopez, who's 54 years old now, has added fuel to the fire with some mysterious messages shared recently in her newsletter.
Our beloved pop star Lopez has been going through a rollercoaster ride lately. With reports swirling about problems in her marriage to Affleck, the singer decided to cancel her much-anticipated north American tour for the summer just last weekend. To add to the intrigue, she's been seen with Affleck at public events, trying to put any speculation to rest. But her recent newsletter may hint at something else entirely.
Jennifer took to her "On The JLo" newsletter to thank her fans for making her new Netflix film "Atlas" the number one streaming choice for the second week in a row. "Thank you all so much!!!" she wrote to her fans.
But that's not all. The artist also had a few words of wisdom to share, words that might be interpreted in different ways. "It may seem like there is a lot of negativity in the world out there ... but let the voices of a few not drown out the fact that there is so much love out there", said Lopez. It's unclear if she's referring to the media's speculation of their marital problems with her statement. So far, she hasn't directly addressed these rumors.
Jennifer was questioned about the rumors back in May by a reporter during an interview for the show "El Gordo y la Flaca" in Mexico. She just laughed and said, "You know better".
Recently, the couple made an appearance together at Samuel, their son's basketball game on June 2nd. Both arrived separately for the event. During the game, they gave each other a loving hug and even shared a kiss, but it wasn't your typical smooch. They pressed their cheeks against each other, not quite giving everyone the reassurance they'd hoped for regarding the cracks in their marriage.
