For Stuttgart, it'd be a significant sporting loss, but a profitable business: They initially got Ito for a low loan fee in 2022, and then signed him permanently for around €600,000.
Ito was one of the top performers this season, playing a key role in Stuttgart's second-place finish in the Bundesliga and their qualification for the Champions League. While English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur has been linked with Ito, they might not be able to compete with Bayern next season.
